In this first Rhythm of Your Design video, I’m sharing a little of my own creative journey, the song that helped name this new season, and the permission I’m learning to give myself as a multi-path creative. Maybe you’re not scattered after all. Maybe you’re designed this way.

We are not as separate as our wounds make us feel.
In this video, I share a little about where I’ve been over the last four years, what I’ve been learning about myself, and how removing old masks has helped my creativity blossom and my relationships deepen.
I also address some personal things with people I have hurt along the way. My heart is to acknowledge pain, seek common ground, and keep choosing love, because we are not as separate as our wounds make us feel.
I felt the need to share this first with my friends and family on Facebook because I wanted to clear some foggy places before beginning the YouTube journey I’m about to step into with excitement and joy.
I’m looking forward to sharing more of my life as a creative with many interests, many stories, and many paths. I love you all, and I hope you’ll find a place in your heart that wants to tag along with me.

The Design of Creativity | Conversation and Art
In this video, we’re walking around the marble of creativity and looking at it from a wider perspective.
It may surprise you just how creative we really are!
As I speak I will be working on an art project that I learned from Sherri Spear of Heart and Soulful Design.
This is not a step-by-step art tutorial. It is a reflective conversation about creativity, identity, imagination, perspective, and learning to recognize the design of who we were made to be.
I’ve also created a downloadable worksheet with reflection questions to help you notice how creativity may already be functioning in your daily life.
